I see other company copy (word by word) what my own web site say.

is like ebay....is this ok

I do not think this is ok....frankly i think person copy my stuff is a#&%&& hell of a ....

Yes, and there are 2 other company also.

I can understand people using info from other web site, but they have to explain in own understanding and words i think. Not copy word by word.

I have sent mail to all 3 , so let see what they do.

I have seen similar in the past. Dodgy ebay seller copied website content from one of our customers sites and left their name in the text. Copier also claimed to have been in chiptuning business over 10 years, the companies site that they copied and left name in was only 12 months old so it made them look as stupid as you have to be to do this sort of thing. That was about a year ago and copier has already disappeared, no suprise in that.

Contackt digispeed at phone. I have never heard or spoken to a person like him.

He told me that he give a #&¤!! what i mean and say. He also told me that there are no rule or law telling there is not alowed to copy another web site.

He also told me that he is living in Greece and that he do not whant to change the web site.

I told him that i will use my advocate then.

He say...go ahead i do not care, i am living in geece.

Whuu... i cannot understand those sort of people.

well i post info after my advocate have looked into my case.

So, a little update.

My advocate have contacted mr copycat several times, and he still deny that he have done any copy of my web site.

He have web site www.no (http://www.no) but allways respond on that he lives in Greece.

He is registred in Norway with valid home adress in Oslo.

Nekst level is is taking this into the court.

Let you know how it goes.

Well, i agree.
I have peronally talked with the dude calling his website phonenr. He can talk some norwegian, so he have learned some of the tounge living in Norway.

The main buisnes of digituning is rolling back odometer on new car`s.

That is why i am so duckduckduckducked of he copy my web site, I do chiptuning....not roll bac odometer....You see the disagreement here .
