Posts getting deleted?

There has been a number of posts over the past few days which appear to have gone. Why is this? sureley we are all grown up enough to be able to sort out issues?

Why "moderate" something if IMO it does not need moderating?

Several new forums have been created and posts moved so alot of links are broken, there were some issues but I think they've all been sorted out amicabilly and hopefully the forum will continue to grow.
